No verification call or agent visit is done. And employment detail is required after you are approved.

Criteria for approving is random.

Edit: Just an advice. OneCard application process can be the most smooth experience or the worst. Nothing in between. If you don't get approved instantly your application will be stuck at processing stage for months. So apply and forget.

@Smh That means, my application is likely to get stuck after approval, when they verify my employment details. I won't even apply then.
 
Update: got 5000 points bonus.

I am trying to make a payment but not able to get the app notification or OTP and there is no 24x7 support to fix. Anyone else faced this issue? I have done a few transactions with this card with swipe to approve method.

Also yesterday they sent me an sms to refer other user but they wrote someone else name in message weird.
 
So I think the isuue got fixed and I suddenly got bombarded with app notification and sms to approve previous failed transactions. They should make a system so for timed out failed transactions delay swipe to approve notifications are not displayed.

Yeah I really liked the app as I can see in real time how much I have spent and where instead of getting a surprise one month later when statement will be generated.

I faced the same issue last week. It did not send any otp for a online transaction and suddenly I got all of them after 5 mins. Really bad.

At POS, the transactions time out. It happened twice yesterday, and it was a bit frustrating because I don't really remember the PIN for this one. I've kept it for NFC payments. While the other cards work just fine.

Also, it's nice to be able to redeem rewards this way.
