UP Health Worker Dies Day After Jab, Official Says Unrelated To Vaccine

A 46-year-old government hospital employee in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad died on Sunday evening, 24 hours after receiving a Covid vaccine shot. The district's Chief Medical Officer has said the death is unrelated to vaccination.

You have a point , but the number of people who need to get vaccinated is also very high. What India calls multiple phases , if you divide those into multiple batches , multiple countries can get vaccinated

So yeah they did not have a plan though the vaccine talks started months before

I don't understand why they want to create a new app for everything. Just allow people to walk in, show their Aadhar, verify their age and give them the vaccine. What's the point of having an Aadhar card if it doesn't simplify things like these

Well they also want to track the symptoms related to the vaccine and also government wants stats to boast about the vaccinations they done.
