I'll try to remove my credentials from XML and share when possible. Meanwhile, you can try setting OperatorID to ALCL. It has enabled more options for me. Also try factory reset once to check if it solves the problem.

You literally won't Believe what just Happened!
Setting a Warning to all the other enthusiasts
I Clicked on Factory reset with Operator id MXXV and omfg:cry:
The Router Now has a base Spanish Firmware

which is requesting a random Generated password

Anyway ! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: i am still rolling over the floor, on the fact that I literally Factory Defaulted hoping it to go back to the Airtel! Version
I Think it's some what linked to the operator ID, where are you figuring out the ids?

There is a /webs directory which has the files related to web UI. I was playing around with ghidra, trying to look for clues in the .cgi files and I saw some if conditions preventing disabling of UI elements. Condition was effectively OperatorID MXXV or SAIB. There are a lot of files with similar IDs in the filename in /webs/js_glb directory and I connected the dots.

MXXV is for TELMEX according to g/nokia-keygen
Their doc suggests username as TELMEX and password as WPA code (10 digit). You can try this out.
