I have had a long chat with nodal office and multiple top end engineers of airtel ,made them understand my issue and then it got fixed . I forgot to update this thread because i was busy destroying lobbies with my 54 ms ping to ME servers
how bro , how to contact them?

Isn't AWS working on establishing datacentre in UAE? It should reduce ping by further 8ms approx.

It should reduce ping by further 8ms approx.
How? Wouldn't that require them to transfer entirely to UAE? At present, there's a UAE prefix listed on their EC2 reachability page which seems to be new. Getting 174+ms though.

@WandereR They wouldn't be transferring. Its a new datacentre in a zone called Middle east central.

At present I am pinging 110+ms, hope they fix the routing soon.

If they start Call of duty servers on AWS UAE servers, I'll setup VPN on AWS Mumbai, maybe I'll get better ping then.

I'm getting 100+ ms to the AWS Dubai datacenter as well. It should be 10ms less than Bahrain but hopefully the routing would be optimised soon.

@Yatch I was referring to game servers to be (if) migrated(from Bahrain). For newer services being setup in the UAE dc pings would already be the best possible.

@Smallship Same here, now getting 30-33ms ping. Unfortunately the new COD game (MW2 public Beta) still uses the Bahrain server. I think that might be the case with warzone as well.
