How to deal with teachers who believe slapping is perfectly fine to discipline kids today?

I work with some of the best software engineers in the world and quite a few of them are American/Canadian

Generally speaking American education system is horrible. Indian kids generally are much better educated than American kids of same age.

Nope. I said that Indian government is so impressed by America that they are working hard to copy their education system which is not really a very smart move.

America has MIT and Harvard and the biggest companies in the world. Of course America is not made up of idiots. But it also has a very large population of actual idiots which can be seen from American talk shows interviewing people on the road with basic question that they fail to answer.

And same can be seen with the Indian crowd today. Like the videos shared few weeks ago. Kids today probably cannot name the vice president of the country (now that i think of it, i have no idea who the vice president of india is). This generation is probably the stupidest that we have produced in a long time I bet.

A teacher has got equal if not more right over your child because he/she has equal hand in shaping your kid.

I mean look at the religious fanatics in America. The followers of Christianity who thinks that vaccines are evil and Christ is going to come back and what's that word? Something like purge? The cleaning of the population on this planet because of evil? I am not sure even Hindu fanatics are so freaking idiotic.
