I have no idea if there is any regulator who controls such advertisement aimed at FOOLING the customer.

If there is regulator then why dont they BAN airtel completely?

Airtel misleads customer so much.

Did when I migrate from Prepaid to Postpaid.
Did when I bought Airtel DTH (about 3-4 years back)

PS: I did not click "Subscribe now" to check what actually happens, because I was not sure if Airtel would immediately deduct money from my DTH balance
 
And I am sure once you subscribe, after 30days, on the 31st day, they will deduct FULL CHARGE for those 10 channels without your consent!

They will say - "Hey you subscribed them!!"
 
This is why I try to stay away from Airtel as much as possible. Airtel free right now.

Add to that, some channels may not be unsubscribed for 90 days. Not sure if it is case with Airtel, but in Tata Sky we can't unsubscribe for 90 days.
 
Ad is that give us 30Rs and we will give you 10 channels MUFT MUFT MUFT!

And later after 1month, it might happen that they will deduct around 50-75Rs saying you subscribed for these channels last month!
 
Airtel is thief. Once I called them during the IPL season to activate the HD for that channel for Re 1/ day(it was a seasonal offer). They made it look like it was a monumental task and I had to wait for 2 days, speaking to various people. Finally the senior person activated it. After a month I came to know that they had deducted the amount for the HD channel as well as the SD channel which was already included in my pack. Was able to get the amount refunded. Stupid airtel
