MTNL Mumbai Down?

Any one facing any issues right now with MTNL Mumbai
like low speed, page loading issues?

i am facing issue with the speed, i should get 1 mbps speed but getting 0.30 mbps :/
not able to play any videos on youtube even at 144 p

It's not down. But DHCP lease times are all over the place. From 10 hrs to 23 hrs for single IP session.

If 23 hrs is new lease time, it will definitely reduce the amount of data log. It can also reduce server load.

there is a option of dhcp lease time which 43200 seconds (12 hrs)
should i change it to 23 hours?

Whenever you make post about MTNL , you should mention MTNL Mumbai or MTNL Delhi . There should separate sub forums for Delhi & Mumbai .

I've noticed it has become a little slow since yesterday, but I was assuming that was MTNL throttling my connection, probably I was streaming some TV shows.

I have a crap plan. Combo Plans - MTNL Mumbai I think it's the second one, the 699 one.

I'm planning to switch from MTNL. Fed up of it. I just posted about possibly switching to Reliance, because it appears to be a good plan on paper.

What issues are you facing with mtnl?

Read the reliance Mumbai issues thread and then decide

Something seems to be wrong at the port, and since mtnl isn't agreeing to change that, assuming you've emailed all the higher ups and pgportal, you might to look for a new connection
