If it's true that they've access to all of their servers then why don't they demand for implementing minimum bandwidth to 2 Mbps from 512 Kbps.

Bsnl can easily provide it. It's a govt company and they should be reasonable than the private players whose only concern is to mint money. However the way Modi govt is Going I am not at all hopeful.
