BSNL Broadband's new revolutionary (lol) broadband plans with minimum 2mbps speeds (lol)

This is the message I get when I visit the link

You have an invalid network configuration. Please contact Customer Service..
 
I get only 512KBPS speeds post FUP.Local bsnl office says 2mbps is applicable only to minimum plans .
 
When i visit the page (new link) it just shows the recharge amount and their joke "Just think, that when one fine day you want to have video call to dear ones and at that point if your data limit is exhausted with FUP limit of Unlimited Broadband Plan"

Is there any news article about how to find 2mbps minimum speed after 1st October? Or any amendment they misprinted/misspelled "minimum speed" in place of "maximum speed".
