Which one would be best suited for usage with RJio in a few months? My budget is 13k. My usage will be mainly multimedia and internet with no gaming.

The service is yet to launch..I would advise you to stay down till the services are launched and you can get an idea of the tariff and other details..
Theres no official confirmation about the SIM cards as well

Go for: LG SPIRIT LTE@ Rs. 12,000.00 - They are giving RJio sim card with LG Spirit, But only on few locations.
