200+ kb/s Download Speed in Rs.750 UL plan??

I m gettin 200+ kb/s Download Speed in Rs.750 UL...Its great..it wasn't before this much.

I'm only getting 60 to 70. But a peak of 150 for a few seconds? Thats what you meant? Or you're getting 200kb/sec constant?

Most of the time its 200+ but some time it gose down might be due to server load dont know the exact reason.
