3199 INR (3.6k including taxes!) is bad, but still not as bad as I was expecting it to be (>5k+).

In my area, 4 mbps is the max speed that is possible on Airtel's network. 8 mbps and 16 mbps connections are simply not available even if I'm willing to pay for them.
