256kbps Unlimited package

I had hathway for almost 8 months, package is 128kbps UL. Speeds have been decent 11 to 14KBPS though it never did 16 KBPS consistently.I am not thinking of upgrading to 256KBPS. Just wanted to what is the average download or torrent speed.I have been reading about port blocking issue with Hathway. But my torrent speeds are good if not excellent. only if torrents are not healthy the speed is low. But how do i know if ports are blocked? I use Azureus, NAT is shown as OK.

I think ure totally intrested in Downloading rather than uploading....if im right..i better suggest yu to take 256UL:thumbsup: plan in which speed die to 27-29kbps:ashamed:

Hathway is only offering from 256 and up from now. You always have to /8, so 256 means a downloadspeed of 256/8 = 32kb

Hi , I have been using Hathway and RCom Broadband. I am in 256 Kbps Unlmd Package of Hathway . I have never got download speeds of more than 27 kbps !!!! While the same in Rcom goes about 36 kbps on 300 kbps line...
