Today we got a call from MTNL on our office's 2nd number. It was a call from marketing department. They were offering 320 kbps for Rs. 50. They said that I can call up 1500 anytime and request this marketing plan. Just when I thought that this is too good to be true, I gave 1500 a call and asked the aunty for the details. She inquired and told me that this is one month trial plan. I would be charged as per 320 kbps unlimited plan after 1 month.Never knew MTNL did such marketing. Still I will probably take this 1 month offer and check how the line stability is and disconnect the other one as ADSL light just keeps on blinking even after changing all the copper wires. Anyone else had such stupid marketing calls? Is MTNL actually loosing customers?

The more no of customers MTNL gains, the more is the bandwidth which is going to be sucked like anything, Either they need to upgrade or else a situation would arrive in front of us where people would face downtimes. lol

So you were expecting MTNL to provide 320 kbps UL for Rs 50 per month only for ever? :)

Already the Sunday blues have started again, and speed fluctuations are too much. I hope they increase the bandwidth before going on to enroll more and more customers

the plan is for one month only you will have to pay after one month, I guess very few user will disconnect after one month of free usage... So great marketing move , I am sure this is for beating private companies...
