I am writing this mail to complaint about the 3G availability on my mobile.
I have opted 3G few months before, but for past 2months I am not getting the 3G connection in Bangalore area.
On 14th November I have lodged the first complaint(1601378820) and again I lodged anothe complaint on 16th December(1611234232).
still the issue is not solved. Today I called the customer care again and they created a new Service Request for this(1616451380).
But till this time I am paying the 3G rent also.
I am really unhappy with your services and it is prompting me to change the Service Provider.
