3G roll-out set to hit roadblock

So if this govt survives and auction for the spectrum begins, then can we expect 3g services in early 2009.If so then buying 3g iPhone in september will make a bit sense.

umm dont you think that the mobile companies would require some time to set up the 3g network?even AT&T has limited 3G connectivity in the US market. they just managed to expand it enough to prepare for the Apple iPhone 3G launch...a lot of areas in USA still does not have 3G coverage. india's vast size is going to be a big challenge.
