I recently switched back to airtel from my worst experience with the Tikona. After switching back to airtel i realized that i am getting only 2mbps plan while in my locality airtel ads are pasted which says that they can provide at max 16mbps plans. I am paying for 16mbps plan and getting only 2mbps plan!
Even asked the airtel team about that and they told me that at max 2mbps plan can be supported. They say that even two neighbors might end up getting different speed as it depends on various factorss(I doubt that-they consider every customer noob).
Is this discrimination done just because i activated my old connection?
Should i afresh apply for the new connection?
any body here from alpha 2 greater noida can comment on this?
What should i do?
