I get shit 4G on every network here, so no matter what GB I am left with on Postpaid I'm never able to consume it all. So I hope 5G can change this.

I've seen majority of their towers can be configured remotely. As I feel they're remote configuring that spectrum in towers for beginning soft launch. By time they'll tweak everything with the help of their ground team. Right now they're just quickly doing all the deployment work...

I think they've done their homework/prep and all that matters are minor config changes for allotted frequencies and quick tests before making 5G available to the public.

It'll go live 1st in the 8 metro clusters/Tier 1 cities i.e. NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad for sure. These metros bring in most of their revenues.

Although I have iPhone 12 Mini for backup. Hopefully it supports Airtel/Jio's 5G band. I might also need new 5G sim?
