No bro, nothing is there. In fact those things are installed in all the antennas in my area but I can't see any difference in speeds altogether. But I can see Jio 5G network everywhere.

Tried to find the tower when I got 5g a couple of weeks ago, when we were out for shopping but couldn't find it out in the open, even as I constantly clocked over 500 Mbps in speed test (meaning I was close enough and or in direct line of sight). Is there any other technique that we could use besides identifying the towers through naked eyes.
I tried using Speed Test app to know where actual 5g coverage is available in Bangalore but they only show in square shaped boxes and not where the actual tower is. I just tried to go to the center of the coverage but didn't see anything. This is on Marathahalli main road in Bangalore with dense buildings on either sides but the roads are pretty wide and open.

Here in matikhere, bangalore I live in a 4 storey building and can find many towers just 10-15 building away from each other. Nearest multi cellular tower is just 2 blocks away. There also seems to be 2 5g small cell boxes installed 2 building away. Idk if its 5g or not, but I also found some reliance branded tower boxes while going towards the market area. Unfortunately I didn't get 5g invite yet. But sometimes I still get 5g for like 5-10mins. Lately, Nearby tower are also detected as 5g nsa(2) on my iPhone 13.
Due to which 4g speeds are even reaching the limits of 95-100mbps down and 10mbps up. Like at first it shows 105-110 but then drop back to 95-100mbps. Idk why but sometimes I even get 20-25mbps up

thanks @RKhan21. I'll give it a try when on computer. It's asking for registration et all.

@mate - this app does show to 4g band connected to and other details but only shows the immediate tower connected to. Guess it'll be more useful when I get in range of the 5g tower in future
