5ghz giving only 5-6 mbps after changing to 200mbps plan

today I upgraded my plan to 200mbps and have to change the previous separate ONU and separate router setup to a single ONT (router + ONU) setup. After getting it configured from the BSNL office I tried it at my home and the 5ghz channel is only giving 5-6mbps speed. while the 2.4ghz channel is working as it was previously 20-40mbps.

Another thing is that I am not able to access my admin page, don't know why this is(The BSNL guy was able to open it but he was using LAN cable). After searching, it says that some routers do not allow the admin page to be opened/configured using wifi. I am using a Macbook so can not connect the LAN cable.

Note: All tests are done while sitting next to the ONT.
 
It is possible that 5Ghz settings might be configured incorrectly but it is also almost impossible to get 95UP on 2.4Ghz and have decent bufferbloat.
Kindly confirm if you are connected to the correct wifi bands using apps like 'Net Analyzer'.
What ONT are you using?
 
The wifi Settings look okay, likely an ONT issue. Since you cannot test using a cable pinpointing the likely culprit is a bit difficult.
Channel no 60 is not authorized to use in India. Kindly check under regdomain that you select IN India and test again.
