BTW coming back to topic Tata Sky HD service does have an upscaled channel which they have posted on their website as HD channel...namely" Star Plus HD"

I don't know why people who are talking about sueing DishTV are not sueing TS for that, as they too are charging Rs 50/60 odd for HD Gold Pack

Atleast they arent showcasing that as an HD channel via ads, that portray Saas-bahus coming out & Wrestlers jumping over Babes, and then Cricketers coming out and all......They know its upscaled, so they are KEEPING SHUT on that.
