Kapil Dev's match-changing — and tournament-defining 175 against Zimbabwe in the 1983 World Cup had no video coverage because the West Indies was playing Australia on that day and all the equipment had gone there. The BBC was also on strike and missed the whirlwind knock.

oh never mind. that was just one of the match in the tournament. where kapil scored 175.
 
I guess some focus would be on the off the field stuff as well - But trailer was indeed too long - has shown more than what was required.
 
i mean the second half would probably be dedicated to the final match i image lagaan style.
 
Well - I feel maybe 1/2 hr - second half fully being the final match would be a stretch. Lagaan was a 3 day game iirc - so lot of drama in between as well, including a song. Dhoni had just few minutes of cricket, Chak De a little longer (though it is hockey). I expect it to be more like Chak De - where it would run across matches and maybe some of the matches with just the BGM/song. Based on trailer Zimbabwe match and Final seems to be more likely to get coverage - maybe the defeats as well - to get the emotions running.
