So I had planned to mail to switch to the above plan & forgotten all about it for a while. Mailed a few minutes ago & got a callback that will be switched to the plan. I was told I will loose the surprise benefits of 2 GB

I felt sorry for the rep, as she had to tell this as part of her job, but even she probably felt awkward telling this to someone who wanted to drop from 100 GB to 75 GB, as if he will care about the additional 2 GB

I upgraded to 16mbps plan (200GB), a few days back.

Only downside is I lost the 50GB free top up from earlier.

what is upload sync rate for 16mbps plan?
I recently upgraded from 4mbps to 8mbps and my upload sync rate changed from 550+ to something like 863kbps. Just want to know would it get further bettered to 1mbps upload whenever 16mbps plan comes in my exchange?
