How do the moderators monitor the authenticity of the threads particularly posted to demean services of certain ISP's ? Not that i'm questioning about the poster being genuine, i'm new to this forum, i wouldn't dare, but you know its possible for some threads being posted only for demeaning. Tata's section if full of complaints and certain members who have created those threads have not more than 1 post to their activity, Airtel and BSNl are being mocked with regard to certain issues...Where as Reliance's section seems to be the only one with more positive reviews and about customers comparing others ISP's to reliance and concluding how happy they are that they have made a choice to move on to the latter ?

By using common sense.Quite a few posts by shills and lackeys are recognizable. But theres always a chance some f these people masquerade as real consumers and get away with it.But anonymity is an inherent trait of the internet which cannot be disregarded. So join date and post count verification help.Reliance consumers were happy until now as they were not saddled with crippling FUP limits. So even though stability wasnt perfect (i was a previous user) they said "atleast its truly unlimited".
common sense and the general perception of the majority of folks towards the company in general. the fact remains. experiences are going to differ from one home to another, one city to another... i can get exceptionally good service from some ISP at my place... but the same ISP might offer terrible services at another place.
