A strange problem with BSNL via ethernet cable ....

Try changing modem port say lan 1 to something else that is availale backside of your modem.Eg: If it s lan1 change to lan 2@uberjonnot much what else could be the problem? It s lan card/driver fault or some spyware playing hide and seekI m on cellphone sorry for multiposting
@x720 done some 4 to 5 times but useless

@chin hmm i also smell same now .... used Malware bytes, Microsoft malware removal tools .... but they dint gave any proper results .... but registry tweak Ccleaner gave me 2261 errors in first hit 
nvm i repaired registry using Windows Registry Repair tool .... now i am about to scan my system with Kaspersky Internet Security Pro, Bitdefender pro 2012 .... after that i will try on Norton also .... There must be only some spyware because i tried changing MAC address also and it did not helped me ....i got to know from a friend that Microsoft .Net Framework also causes such problems sometimes .... lets see if scanning is helpful .... or i will completely format my laptop after making backup of some essential files .... 
will let you know results .... good or bad whatever they will be ....but yea that Combofix is good for only complete windows 7 not for light version of windows .... i needed to opt system restore as Combofix had bugged mine everything .... I was not able to open any *.exe file .... Once i thought i'm screwed without backup
