IRCTC offers Rs 10,000 cash prize for passengers linking Aadhaar, booking tickets using BHIM/UPI

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has been, for the past three months, running a lucky draw for passengers who verify themselves by linking their Aadhaar number with their user ID or book tickets on irctc.co.in using BHIM/UPI.

The IRCTC selects five winners through computerised random lucky draw process and they are awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000 each along with full cashback of the train fare paid. The scheme was started by Indian Railways on December 1, 2017 and will continue for six months since its date of inception.
