BSNL 250 Plan
Hi,I am using BSNL Broadband 250 Plan. Recently we changed the telephone wiring at home. After that, i am not able to browse any sites in my PC. The support people came from bsnl and tested all the lines, they told everything is fine from their side and they were able to ping some websites also (from command prompt). They are telling, it may be a problem with the OS, like some firewall, antivirus or something like that. I stoped the windows firewall service and antivirus (Kaspersky Antivirus), but even then its not working.Plz tell me what could be wrong? Thanks in advanceSreenath

are you redirected to IE ?
Option5 : Check in IE File uncheck Offline.
Option 6 : Control Panel /Add remove programs /Windows Components
uncheck IE and again restart and re install.
Para two : Broadband connection confirmation.
Open IE6 or IE7 Type 192.168.1.1/main.html

Check Diagnostics and see all tests pass.
Or Open control Panel/Network/Lan Properties/TCP/IP/Properties
