about SUN DTH (newbie here)

i am a new customer of DTH service. i looked at the site of all dth providers and narrowed down to sun dth service. i have opted for the 999 per year plan.i have a few questions : (please take time to explain)1. what is the negative balance that is shown on the website (my connection got activated yesterday and i have still not subscribed to any add on packs)2. how long will it take for a channel from the la carte' bouquet to get activated ?3. after this 1 year ends how much should i pay to get the basic package ?4. which is the preferred mode to recharge ?5. is there anything else i should be aware of (or any precautions that i need to take ?)

ans:1) there is no negative bal, it shows like that ! but its the original balance !2)if u order it from net it takes roughly 45 min. if u order it through cc , then it takes 3 hrs !3)75/- [not including taxes] if including taxes it would be 83 /-[Appx..],BUT THERE is only 100 recharge card for it, so u must spend 100 bucks a month...4)any thing! mobi recharge,cc recharge, online recharge[no diff in amt ]5)i didn't get u? ie what precautions[abt wat?]============================================TELUGUXCLUSIVE CYBER TEAM HELP...

@frontech thanks for the reply 1. it showed balance as -90 something so i was confused what that - was :i wanted to buy alacarte channels and so was trying out the website but it was not working .. so i called the cc and asked them for the channels and it was on my tv in less than 5 minutes..and 5 . i don't know myself.. wanted to know if there is something that i should/should not do and all ... sorry for not being clear..btw what is the "sports mosaic, movie mosaic etc" that is shown under the my applications on the menu... can you please give me some details about it?

-90 is credit balance go to web & Try to purchase some ala cate channel from it check it will work
