The speeds had gone to crap again! 2 Mbps on a 24Mb line.

yup. things are just bad on it like excitel. random downtimes and slowdowns. seems pointless to dump excitel for it.

you should have tried triple play to be honest, they are quite good atleast from atlast 2 yrs, apart from a bit hiccups.

i have seen tripleplay posters around my sector. plans are not very good though.

their website does not even load on abs lol. still waiting.

and of course, i would probably end up getting them installed as well once the three months on abs are up. hathway and tripleplay are the only two player remaining. though i believe touchtel also operates in my sector lol.

their plans are not updated anywhere except customer service.

the one I had was 699/- which gives 20mbps till 10 gigs and then 10gigs unlimited.
