User ID is your BroadbandID_dsl@airtelbroadband.in and the password is your Airtel Account ID. Never the less, you can hard reset the router and it would auto fetch the details from the server and configure the same.
They are different. There are 3 things with your Airtel BB. The only thing that you need to configure after a hard reset is the Wifi Settings. Rest the entire profile is restored as from the server.
1. Broadband ID
2. Landline ID
3. Account ID
