I accidentally enabled logging in Netlink HG323 Modem. Doesn't retain passwords, SSID or anything. Can someone help me to wipe the logs?

I'm not familiar with Telnet, Telnet returns an error
Code:
Connecting To 192.168.1.1...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

It's not checked, But when I check them and apply the settings, It reverts back to the default settings.

I updated using HG323RW_Upgrade_Normal_SafeProtect_1_1.0.32-200424.tar but I still can't enable Telnet in router settings. Also tried factory resetting. Doesn't work.

Which firmware do I need to flash? Plus I haven't got the firmware files. Can you link me to one which works with Telnet?

I flashed with HG323RW_UPGRADE_NETLINK_BSNL_1.0.24-200225.tar and it fixed the Telnet issue, and I deleted the logs. Now it's all good. Thanks for your help!
