I decided to try ACT after some of my friends in B'lore recommended it. My connection is 2 months+ old and my experience here is very pedestrian to say the least.
->Initially the reliability was good, but of late the reliability factor (connection being up) has come down drastically.
-> Connection goes down without notice
-> The complaint number is always busy and not reachable
-> They promise the resolve the complaint immediately but it is not resolved
-> Speed is rather average, it is usually only 50% of the promised speed.
-> They claim higher speeds when it is checked with speedtest.net, but actual speed is less than half.
Currently, my broadband is down for more than a day and they are not responding to calls and not fixing it.
