ACT Broadband Installation Delay..

Hi,
I am Prasad. P from Jayanagar 1st Block - Bangalore.
I paid nearly 7000 Rs for 6 months connection 15 days ago, but they have not yet given me the connection.
Till date I have called them more than 20 times, still there is no action from their end.
I dont know what to do..?
Is there anyway that I can take Legal Action against them..
Please someone help me on this.. It is really an embarrassment for me..
