My Account number is 517302 and this month particularly, I am facing lot of issues with ACT Broadband. Including today the ACT Broadband Line is down for 8th day. Earlier the issue was resolved after 6 days. now again from past two days its down and no one care to attend the issue. The complaint number is 0002265315.. Kindly let us know if this issue can be addressed or we will be forced to go for another connection with other network.

ACT Broadband is first off not as fast as they claim it is, 2nd it is not working most of the time, so what is the point of having fast internet which hardly works
