ACT Broadband-RS Palya

I was told that ACT (by their customer service) would be setting up a set top box this week at RS Palya , Kammanahalli. Please do let me know if this is correct. I am currently having issues with Airtel and would prefer to disconnect my current service after exactly 5 year and a month. I am looking at a 25 Mbps connection with a 100 GB download limit
