ACT Fiberbet - Poor customer service levels

Internet has been down in my area since Saturday, 2nd May 2015. Given multiple complaints and call the ACT customer care 2 times everyday. First of all the, it takes between 7-9 minutes to get someone to take the call, post which they give the same excuse that the fiber line is cut and they are working on it and will have it rectified by evening. It has been 3 evenings now that I have waited and till now there is no Internet. I am using my backup BSNL broadband connection which has been thankfully running fine.

The customer support is pathetic and it seems like the team that takes our calls is unaware of what is exactly happening on the field. It is very disappointing that in today's day and age, an Internet service provider can have a downtime of 5 days and still get away with these pathetic service levels. If fiber cut is such a big issue that you cannot rectify, then please shut shop and stop providing services.

To top it all, I am getting messages and mails every alternate day that my monthly charges for May is due and I need to make payment to avoid disconnection (the due date is 15 May). What disconnection are you talking about when I have not had connectivity since 2nd May!

Please get your ACT together, else we will be forced to look at other options available in our area. I speak for about 16 of your customers who reside in my road alone who are very unhappy with your service levels!
 
connectivity issue is one headache but the speeds are another big headache,not consistent ,but they send you bill on time no matter how bad the service is
