Yes. Any standalone router will work.

Yes. Very easy.

4. Best router for this ISP?
See 2. Routers come in all budgets. It depends on what the user wants.

5. How is their customer care?
Very bad. The only negative is their very slow customer care.

6. When will they come to xxx area?
No point asking them on this forum. Call & ask them.

7. Do I get internal IP addresses (10.x.x.x)?
So far, no.

This is Habib from chennai. I requested the new ACT broadband connection. But your people refused to give connection because no feasibility in my area. But my friend who got the same ACT broadband near to my home ( around 300 - 400m distance ). How it is possible. Really worst service. I am going to apply for Airtel or Some other connection..
