ACT is big time cheater! dont buy ACT in Jayanagar 2nd Block

I created a account on Broadband forum just to create this post. So far the most horrible customer experience and harassment. I have paid the amount and its been close to 3 weeks nothing has happened from their end.
PLEASE DONT BUY ACT GUYS... THESE GUYS ARE CHEATING!
I had read bad reviews but still they convinced me its only in some parts and now things are getting better ..
I paid to one guy named Vinod who promised me connection in 7 days .. its been more than 3 weeks now.
There is another guy roaming around in our locality. I asked where the other guy is and there is no response.
Jayanagar 2nd block they said is a new addition but have been cheated.
 
if they have given ur application no. please write down here so when ACT representative sees it they will look into this matter

I am in the same situation in 2nd Block Jayanagar. The SAF Number in the Application Form is 8887.
The same person Vinod Kumar (Emp Id 1801) has collected 6 Months charges by cheque which was encashed on 30-Jun-2013. The connection was promised in 10 days but it has now been 28 days and I dont see any progress. Kindly help.

@ vikram. Unfortunately there is no help.
I was told that last Friday the things will be all set up and done. I have kept on calling the Customer care but no response.
Its totally hard to get into the call center and all the fighting.
Guys.. Plz be advised if you are reading this ...If you are residing in Jayanagar 2nd Block plz dont buy ACT...
They are cheating saying the connection is up.. Nothing is working here.

I got the information from ACT folks that there is some issue going on between ACT Broadband and Local Cable Operator related to sharing the Fiber Optic - ACT person has asked for time till 10-Aug and they seem to be willing to refund the money if I cannot wait. I have decided to wait till the timeline provided.

Jayanagar 4th T Block, too, it's been horrible. I have disconnects every other alternate day! Can you believe that? How shameless can you get, ACT? What is wrong with you? Are you destined to provided unreliable connections? You guys call up only when I've crossed the due date for payments, is that how I get your guys' attention?
