ACT is big time cheater! dont buy ACT in Jayanagar 2nd Block

Jayanagar 4th T Block, too, it's been horrible. I have disconnects every other alternate day! Can you believe that? How shameless can you get, ACT? What is wrong with you? Are you destined to provided unreliable connections? You guys call up only when I've crossed the due date for payments, is that how I get your guys' attention?

I wanted to update that the ACT Broadband was activated finally for me in 2nd Block Jayanagar in October 2013 and since then I have had a more or less an uninterrupted service from them. The speeds have been excellent and I have not faced any issues so far. The one time the Internet was down, I contacted ACT Customer Service and a technician came home within 48 hours and issue was rectified quickly. Except for the one off incident its been an excellent service so far.
