Since Saturday ACT is not been working in my area, Cooke town. After making numerous calls to customer care they keep putting my case on prioritory but eventually nothing happens. Anyone who is facing similar problem?
Yes it went down at Frazer Town as well. ACT sent an email the same evening about service distruption due to deep sea fibre cut. The connect was restored by Sunday noon.
