This is regarding ACT2 connection, ACT2 team came to our Residency layout and promised to provide connections. They even collected forms with photos and identification proof, address proof.
I was contacted by (Mr.Khan - 7829234982) from ACT2 marketing who promised to give connection to my residence and took above documents. Every time I contact him, he assures the technical team will come in next 5 days to evaluate and provide the connection. There are multiple houses in our layout who wanted ACT2 broadband, but not sure why ACT2 team is not ready to provide the connection?
ACT2 has given connections to some houses in the opposite layout !! Not sure if they are really professional team to handle the requests.
Hope some one will ready and respond to this request from my layout !!
