Adding favourites - Home Shop 18.

[ABC Analysis]

Hello Guys,
Earlier Home Shop 18 was on channel no. 645, but now shifted to channel no. 199.
I am facing a problem in adding only this channel to my favourite's list.
Even after selecting and storing this channel on favourites, it is not being added.
Any of you having the same problem?
What could be the reason?
Can someone please help?

Plz try any one of the following :- 1. Delete all channels in ur fav list & again reselect all the channels2. Select a new fav slot ex:- 2 or 3 upto 8.select any 1 n create ur fav channel list3. Scan ur stb for new channels ie., perform a channel search4. Perform a manual software upgrade on ur stb.Hope that will solve ur problem

I have already done 1 to 3 of your kind suggestion, but with no success.
Can you please let me know the steps to carry out the "manual software upgrade" on my STB?

Manual software upgrade process1. Press menu on your remote2. Goto settings then goto stb info3. Now press setup ie., red button on your remote4. Now goto software upgrade(ota)5. Press red button once a message will come "this process will upgrade your system software.it may take a few minutes and reboot your set top box.press ok to start upgrade".when you see this message then press the red button on your remote and wait.your software will be upgraded and stb will restart automatically.Hope this helps you.best of luck.
