This is my first bill of bsnl fibre. While looking at it I can't get what is the adjustment of 1099/- for. Anyone here who can help me.

Did you move from ADSL to fiber ??
If that's the case then that'll be the security deposit being adjusted.

in my case i have to apply from new connection for fttth and they adjusted the adsl bill with adsl security only .As i know they never adjust adsl bill with ftth as they both have diffrent Customer ID and Account No
