ADSL Link drops every 2 mins between 2-8am

hi everybodyi have got a dataone connection few days ago. which works fine and give good download speed. but the problem starts when i try to connect it in happy hours 2-8am. It do get connected but after ervery 2 min the ADSL link drops and i have to reconnect it.is there anybody that have had the same problem.what r the optiopns that i shoul go for please help.
