Aero Theme in Windows 8.1

Where is aero theme option in Windows 8.1?
I can't find it.
Video card is compatible.

If you meant the animation effects while opening/maximizing/minimizing a window, it is still present on Windows 8/8.1.

Yup. Windows 8.x has enough animations. It just removed the aero effect. Once you get used to it, you would not even miss it. The performance improvements are amazing.

Windows by default would select the appropriate types of animations. If you want to enable all...

Right Click on the start button (or open properties of My Computer).

Click on Advanced System Settings in the left column.

Advanced > Performance > Settings > Adjust for best appearance.
