Aircel 3G signal in North-East

Last night when I was accidentally searching for signal I got the following:

Note:I took the picture today afternoon.
Signal is very strong but only emergency calls allowed.I expect Aircel to start 3G by January 2011.

Never really notice it.And strange instead of paying attention to the signal, you are more interested in the polythene.I'll give it to you after I remove it, you can use it for free, no charge.:rofl:
