Or a way of making quick buck before it gets implemented as a part of NTP 2012 from the government itself, Other operators too shall be jumping in.These operators do such things only when some change is near to take place (past observations)

At least after their news about winding up operations in 3-4 circles this is a "Feel Good" plan. This will not be easily adopted by other operators easily, cause operators like Vodafone are charging Rs.1/minute for roaming on their own network, god knows how much they make per day with this loot rates.I would happily switch to Aircel soon as voda 3G sucks big time may be due to bad maintenance in my town atleast.I moved from Airtel to Voda & now to Aircel.

Aircel gives free roaming as long as you are on their home network. So if you are in another state, just go to network settings and change it from automatic to manual. Then select aircel.

Anybody here who can give me the feedback for Aircel Network(3G) in Bangalore, i am not concerned with customer service as off-late all are providing pathetic customer service.

Yeah.. :D Nice offer by them..but its of benefit when you're using their network.

Aircel does not offer free roaming on all their plans even if you are on their network. I believe my roaming charges are 80p/min on Aircel network and 1Rs/min on other networks
