your article is good i agree airtel is good company. but they are slow in expansion of their business. in andhra pradesh, airtel broadband is available only in hyderabad. there are few more big cities in andhra(vijayawada,visakhapatnam,tirupati,etc). if they plan any expand their services to this cities also, it will be happy.

Well I have had an Airtel broadband connections for years now.Off the late they have started charging fees for unsubscribed services. E.g. The recent one was an additional Rs. 1200 for a anti-virusinstalled. I have not asked or subscribed for the anti-virus to be installed. I went to the Airtel office to inquire about this and the answer I got was that it has been remotely installed on all PCs that use Airtel broadband. I already have a 50 US $ paid Norton anti virus. Then why does the anti virus be installed. That too without my consent. In such a case even your personal information can be tracked without your consent.Well the bill can shoot up to more than Rs. 150 per month by such additional services.Regards,Chandu
