Airtel Broadband: Configure 450BX1 Wireless + ADSL modem for ATT global dialer

Hi,I have airtel broadband, and I have 450bxi wireless + ADSL modem,I need to connect to my office network using ATT global dialer connect but i am not able to connect, whenever i try to connect it gives me a error saying "Error 231 Timed out waiting for VPN server to respond during protocol negotiation". Please help me to resolve this issue.

From Google search " error 231". I am not familiar with VPN.
I didn't reset the router, but your mention of the IPSec got me to, look up that setting. On my router IPSec passthrough is enabled by default. When I turned that off and rebooted the router and connected, the software let me through!

Para two : Confirm otherwise your internet connection is working fine.
In Modem /Router check access control Page also , if first time set up.

Also check/confirm with co-workers , that they can access your office VPN network.

check your VPN settings, there would be a server address to which the vpn client is connecting to, try pinging that address.. ensure that firewall is not blocking..
