Airtel Broadband Fair Usage Policy

it is pretty clear that trai never asked the isps to launch fair usage policies. FUP was announced as a result of this particular guideline which requires the ISP to reveal more information about the kind of connectivity they are providing and ensure that the quality of service is maintained.
 
oh damnIndia has become the worst place for internet on the planet. where is our country's internet system is heading to? a day will come where all broadband tariffs will rise and we will not have any other option but to stop using broadband if this happens to go on like this. they earn a lot of money even if they gave 2mbps for 1000 rupees a month, but they still want more. Airtel is one big schemer in this department. guess we should stop using airtel from now on. :frown:

A few days back I got a spam from Reliance Broadband services. Their unlimited plans have a limit of 10GB per month after which they charge Rs 2 per MB ....lol :S

Haven't you guys seen the update on FUP on airtel.inFor Karnataka circle 512 kbps and 1 Mbps unlimited plan FUP limit increased to 100 GB. Same for other circles too. This is really a fair limit. And no FUP on 256 kbps.
